The Building Positive Relationships & Exploring Culture Youth Exchange is an international mobility project for young people aged 14–17 from Cyprus and Ireland. Taking place in Dublin at the end of August 2026, the programme aims to strengthen intercultural understanding, develop essential life skills, and foster lasting friendships between participants from different backgrounds.

Throughout the exchange, participants will engage in workshops focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, empathy, and conflict resolution. The programme combines personal development activities with cultural exploration, allowing young people to experience Irish culture while sharing their own Cypriot traditions.

The exchange includes visits to Glendalough, Dublin City University, Belfast and Northern Ireland, as well as leadership workshops, creative expression sessions, corporate visits, and team-building activities. Participants will develop valuable skills for their future education, careers, and community engagement while creating meaningful international connections.

The project provides accommodation, meals, local transport, educational activities, and full support from experienced youth workers. By the end of the programme, participants will have gained greater cultural awareness, increased confidence, stronger communication skills, and friendships that extend beyond borders.
